1. Conclusion
The following is the brief description of the result of this investigation.
First, there is the effect of Ping Pong Stretching Training Program on the Physical Fitness Improvement of Student with Intellectual Disabilities.
(In the proper piace high jump, three students are all showed 1.3times to target goal, but in the proper piece standing jump, they are all showed less 1.3times than target goal, and there is the effect of improvement on the ability of power.)
Second, there is the effect of the improvement with agility in Ping Pong stretching Training Program on the Physical Fitness of student with Mental Retarded.
(In the side-step Rest measured record, the three students have improved effects to target goals).
Third, There is the effect of flexibility in the Ping Pong Stretching Training Program on the Physical FItness Improvement of student with Mental Retarded.
(In the measured record with arch your back and bring your chin up, three students have a 1.3times higher record to target goals).
2. A Proposal
I will propose following items for next study and actural applications with the conclusion of this study.
First, this study will need to magnify the range of the target of study and racial in the next study because there is a limit of students in the terms of special area.
Second, this study will need to magnify for various kind of students with mental retarded in the next study.
Third, this study will need to magnify not only the various kind of strectching, but also the other kind of physical training method will addicted to next study, because limited Ping Pong Stretching Training Program.
Fourth, this study will need to magnify for not only Ping Pong Stretching Program on the Physical Fitness Improvement of student with mental Retarded, but for all students with Intellectual Disabilities.
Fifth, I think there is needness to study constantly, on the Physical Strength Improvement of student with Mental Retarded.
It will ask support for Improvement of Student with Intellectual Disabilities.
