The purpose of the studies was to investing the teaching learning method in the individual supplementary class for underachievers.
Teaching learning methods used in the class were teacher-directed learning, student-directed learning, teacher & student-directed learning.
Teacher & student interaction method was the most effective learning for the student.
In order for the method to be effective, First, the number of students should be reduced. Second, teacher's workload should be lessen. Third, various teaching materials are needed.
If individualized teaching is given to the student after analyzing their characteristics, then, underachieving students will reach their own instructional objectives.
