Entrepreneurship education has attracted a growing interest all over the world, and our country is making efforts to keep up with it. Each institute has opened a lecture on entrepreneurship education, and the business area and the age of the founder are being considered in the education.
As the importance of entrepreneurship grows, elementary, junior high and high schools introduce entrepreneurship into regular subjects. However, now we have only decided to include entrepreneurships in the regular course and faced many obstacles such as incomplete teaching materials and courses as well as lack of teachers and training system for the teachers.
Although the entrepreneurship education is included in the school class, there is no teacher who can play the role of education, mentor, and leader. In this environment, the entrepreneurship class may be possible but are not expected to fully carried out. It is urgently needed for comprehensive study on contents of education, teaching method, system support, and network support from the development of a systematic curriculum, and it is time to design a system that links them systematically.
The characteristics of this study are as follows: the material was derived through literature research, and the derived material was consulted and revised through a specialist focusing group and was the starting point of the study. The quality of the contents was confirmed by the content adjustment of the expert target group and the appropriateness test, and the relative importance of the contents of education was evaluated.
A very unique feature lies in that the contents of technical entrepreneurship education have been confirmed after confirming twice or three times the appropriateness and importance by the experts. What do the teachers in the field think about the contents of the technical entrepreneurship education determined by experts' opinions and adjustments? I asked teachers for their opinions. It is a unique and first study to confirm that the teachers in the field thought it to be important as much as the experts do.
This is the first time that a study on the contents of education has been developed and its contents can be applied to the field. This will serve as a starting point for exploring the direction of research and for developing entrepreneurship education in vocational high schools and will be implications for research.
The purpose of this study is to develop the contents of technical entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational education institutions in Korea for systematic entrepreneurship education and to investigate the present level of the teachers considering the importance of the developed contents and to identify the educational need. In order to investigate the contents of technology entrepreneurship education in Korea, the results of the previous research and the contents and programs of entrepreneurship education conducted by government departments, institutions, and overseas were analyzed. Main contents consist of management-oriented and market-oriented education. Sometimes technical contents were included, but there were a lot of attachments to the management and market-oriented contents with some additional contents. An education program combining technology with the market is hardly found.
The contents of technical entrepreneurship education were selected and structured by referring to the current programs. With this information, I asked interviews and advice from the pointing group, and conducted a survey on the target group. The pointing group and the target group emphasize the necessity of contents of technical entrepreneurship education, and many prior researches emphasize that it is time for not only entrepreneurial education but also qualitative entrepreneurship education. The importance of technology entrepreneurship education is also increasing in the direction of the government's entrepreneurial education promotion.
Through this study, we can find four first stage factors such as "work and I (entrepreneurship)", "technology and products and services", "business concept and business model", "finance and business plan" Area. In connection with this, stepwise founding knowledge and technical factors were derived.
Derived 18 second stage factors are "understanding me "," core competence of technology and service "," marketing ", and so on. Through the Delphi questionnaire, the first stage factor and the second stage factor were decided.
As a result of the analysis of the adequacy of the first and the second stage factors, it can be said that the average value of the appropriateness evaluated by the two expert groups is higher than 'proper (4)', and the unified appropriateness of the expert group is secured as a whole .
Based on the research analysis of this study, 'Contents and system of standard technology entrepreneurship education' were derived and presented.
The results of the AHP survey are summarized as follows.
As a result of the measured consistency of the responses, it was confirmed that the responses of both the first and the second stage factors were very good. In addition, the importance of each factor was evaluated by the comparison of the two factors in the questionnaire. The weight was measured by using the comparison, and element of "work and I (entrepreneurship)" was picked the first place in the overall weighting
In the course of this study, 'Ronstadt's entrepreneurial research model', general curriculum development model, and the results of research analysis were presented.
Based on the model of technical entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational education institutions, 'Ronstadt's entrepreneurial research model', general education curriculum development model, and the results of this study were considered to present 'the technical entrepreneurship education process development model in secondary vocational education institutions'.
Teachers were asked to analyze their educational needs. The opinions of the experts were verified by the questionnaires of the teachers, which raised the reliability and appropriateness of this study. As for the research progress, the type of school, gender, educational experience, start - up training time, and entrepreneurial activity were selected as the independent variable. Dependent variables were set as the importance of education factors and their current level. The analysis of educational need is based on the Borich (1980).
As a result, the demand for 5.985 was measured as a factor of "marketing (production distribution selling promotion strategy)".
t is shown by the survey on teaching method in factors including lectures, examples, practices, searching, visiting that the majority of the teachers(about 70% or more) were more likely to use one teaching method, and the rest teachers told a teaching method should have a combination of the methods.
In order to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, the teachers chose as the first, the second and the third places coaching of experts, linkage with major subjects, and networks with entrepreneurship related organizations.
In order to cultivate potential entrepreneurs through institutionalization of founding education at Meister High School and Specialized High School and to become an education that contributes to the development of the national economy, interdisciplinary research must be carried out from elementary, middle and high school to university and social education.
This study will provide the opportunity to develop various contents of entrepreneurship education in the future, and are meaningful in that the basis of education development in the middle and the high schools is established with the contents and system of standard education, development model of technology entrepreneurship curriculum, and model of technology entrepreneurship education which are provided in this study. Future research will provide practical implications when various entrepreneurial education contents are created.
Entrepreneurship education, like the education of other subjects, requires consistency, connection and characterization.
Many results based on this study will be derived in the future, and this study will be a catalyst for forming foundation of entrepreneurship education.
