The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of childcare teacher's on the job environment of childcare centers and to examine the difference in perceptions according to childcare teacher's individual variables and the type of childcare. The participants were 463 childcare teachers working at public childcare centers, corporate childcare centers, workplace childcare centers, private childcare centers, and home childcare centers located in K city, Gyeongsangbuk-do has participated in this study. Gathered data was analyzed through Cronbach's α, t-teat and ANOVA analysis, and gathered dates were analyzed with SPSS(ver 25) programs.
The major findings of this study are as follows:
First, the degree of compensation of the job environment was high 20years childcare teachers then 30~40years childcare teachers.
Second, the relationship with fellow teachers of the job environment was high married teachers than an unmarried teacher. and the degree of compensation for the job environment was high unmarried teachers than a married teacher.
Third, the support of the director of the job environment was high the graduation of college graduates than high school graduates in the final education
fourth, looking at the perception of job environment by type of childcare center, it was found that teachers of public childcare centers highly recognized in all aspects of the sub-factors of the job environment of child care teachers.
This study is significant meaning in that it compared and studied the difference in the perception of child care teachers' job environments by individual variables and types of childcare centers, and it is intended to supplement the limitations of previous studies focusing on fragmentary factors related to the existing childcare centers job environment.
In conclusion, I hope that this study will be used as a useful and basic for creating childcare environments where all infants and young children can benefit from high-quality childcare services.
