The purpose of this study was to the effects of ego-resilience and resilience on life stress due to COVID-19 of the university students. The subjects used in the study were 260 University students of the K University, located G city at K province. The survey was conducted from Aug. 31st. to Oct. 6th. 2021, by online form, because under COVID-19 situation. The instruments used in the study were the Ego-Resilience scale, the Resilience scale, the Life Stress scale. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics, paired t-test, Pearson correlation, hierarchical analysis, multiple regression analysis in SPSS 21.0. The results of the study were as follows. First, university students were experiencing the nondaily due to COVID-19. Second, there was a difference in the life stress of university students before and after COVID-19. Third, the ego-resilience and resilience of university students were found to be variables affecting life stress due to COVID-19. This study showed that ego-resilience and resilience affect life stress due to COVID-19. Based on these findings, the limitation of the study was discussed, and further research was suggested.
