The role of nomads has been underestimated so long time in China. Even though, historically, a period of economic progress was followed by nomadic flood into China, their valuable contributions to Chinese economy have been severly cried out. In this paper, some theoretical approaches are adapted to show what made the two sides - agricultural economy and nomadic economy - oppose each other and what they got after cooperation followed by the 'flood'. The way how the nomads brought a technical progress and economic development to agricultural people (inn China) is also shown. With this theoretical and historical approach, nomadic way of economic behaviors is being proven to be no more inefficient but to be necessary to get economic progress in China.
