With radical social changes, globalization has brought strong demand for beauty art professionals who are more skillful and capable at communicating with customers in English. Thus, the objective of this study is to find out what level of English fluency the recruiters in beauty art industry expect from their potential Professionals, propose ways to develop more efficient English text books, and improve the English curriculum of beauty art departments. In order to achieve this goal, we examined English courses for beauty art students in nine colleges in Busan, eight colleges in Seoul and its satellite cities, made and distributed the questionnaires to fifty three recruiters and analyzed the results.
