The purpose of this study was to explore development of prospective teachers' PCK during student teaching in early childhood teacher education program. The research instrument used in this study were one questionnaires: the 'Kindergarten teacher's PCK in science teaching rating scale'. A questionnaire of PCK was administered to thirty six prospective teachers before and after the student teaching. The questionnaire consists of six factors to investigate prospective teachers' PCK: knowledges of instructional method, representation, content, evaluation, student, and curriculum.
The results showed that statistically significant change in knowledges of content, evaluation, and student. However there was no statistically significant changes in knowledge of instructional method, representation, and evaluation.
