The meaning of this research is to help us know the existing distribution of perishable foods that is out of date in production & marketing organization and agriculture processing center(APC). And it is also to point us the situation analysis and problems of low efficiency & high cost of existing logistics system. Furthermore, this research provides 2 innovative factors. First one is the method to improve efficiency of logistics system. Another is the method to optimize fresh supply chain. The summary is below.
①build systematic approach of perishable foods logistics and fresh supply chain
②improve efficiency in the rate of operation of agriculture processing center(APC) and low temperature warehouse etc.
③increase efficiency in transport service level(joint and link transport network system)
④introduce and activate of 3PL(Third party logistics) in transport parts of distribution of perishable foods
⑤build a cold chain system for freshness and quality of perishable foods
⑥establish integrated information system for link of production and distribution
