This study aims at reconsidering the process of deliberating the
officially-recognized victims by National Committee for April 3 from
the perspective of selection and reconstitution of the dead, which was
mainly conducted while setting the history of April 3 straight. To
achieve this, first, I analyze 'the victims' and Victim Narrative by
interviewing the red, that is the families of the deads, who were
excluded from ‘the victim’. Second, I approach 'the victim' from that
the nation intendedly reorganize the deads, not a simply
officially-recognized death. Third, I inquire into how 'the victim' and
Victim Narrative put pressure on the families, who were excluded from
‘the victim’. Finally, I review any possibility of the inherent violence in
selecting and reorganizing the dead, and seek for the way to transcend
the boundary between ‘the victim’ and the people who were excluded
from ‘the victim’.
