Since the interest in cultural heritage has been brought up, the integrated management is highly requesting to keep physical, social and economic substantiality in order to upgrade tourist’s experiences.
The purpose of this study is to develop six steps of sustainable management model which is the PaTom(Palace Tourism Management) model in the royal palace. It is executed by using, literature reviews, questionnaire surveys, observation studies, expert interviews, and home page analysis. The model is also the selected adoption of good advantage from the model of VIM(Visitor Impact Management), LAC(Limits of Acceptabe Change), IMSCT(Impact Management System for Cave Torusim), IMSTD(Impact Management System of Tourism Destination), TOMM(Tourism Optimization Management Model) and HISTOQUAL.
It allows to provide the procedure of sustainable management by simultaneously monitoring and evaluating the royal palace tourism in a short and long term basis.
