This study is focused on developing framework generating the high value added service according to business model about the ICT converged tourism. Total 150 questionnaires as the survey for empirical study were analyzed through AHP method. As a result, 1) room maintenance/laundry information service and restaurant information service among hotel business models and 2) information services about the famous destination and the city tour among tourism information field were found as the most important high value added services by tourists.
