As it has been known well, 5 years has passed since the participatory administration of the former president of Republic of Korea, Roh, Moo-Hyun founded Jeju Municipal Police System dated July 1st of 2006 in accordance with the compulsory provisions of 'Special Act on The Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and The Development of Free International City (namely, Jeju Special Act)'.
