Since January 2011, ‘The rules with the enactment of the existing designation and management for the children·the elderly·the disabled safeguard zone’ and with the rules of the existing on designation and management for the children and elderly are unification, as it has been abolished. The designation target of the safeguard zone also significantly has been expanded. Accordingly, In the case of school zone, the Applications of the designation are expected to be grown significantly. But it is the difficult situation for each local government to designate and manage every school zone designated with the applications once. because of the budgetary problem and so on. Consequently, It is a situation to be designated and manage through the order of priority. In this study, a school zone designation for the children to be designated as protected areas primarily intended to evaluate the target indicators is developed through the AHP. Developed evaluation criteria and the risk score for each child through the designation of protected areas to assess the risk practices were representative, the results of this study of children known to the designation of protected zones on no assessment work that was specified without the high risk that be selected using a priority part plan presented in the respect that the meaning is expected.
