본 연구는 양봉산업의 생산성을 저하시키는 가장 주요한 요인인 꿀벌응애류(V. deatructor와 T. clareae)의 방제를 위하여 리모넨, FGMO 등을 이용 한 조성물을 이용하여 훈연제 및 훈증제를 제조하 여 각각의 방제 효과를 검정하였다. 그 결과 훈연제 는 속효성의 특성을 가지고 있으며, 훈증제는 지효 성의 특성을 보였으며, 두 가지 형태의 약제는 모두 효과적으로 꿀벌응애류를 방제하는 것을 확인하였 다.The ectoparasitic honey bee mite Varroa destructor was originally confined to the Eastern honey bee A. cerana. After a shift to the new host A. mellifera during the first half of the last century, the parasite dispersed world wide and is currently considered the major threat for apiculture. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of limonene composition on mites in honeybee colonies, A. mellifera L. with little brood in order to reduce mites population to tolerable levels. The results showed that, the reduction effects of V. deatructor and T. clareae in the treated colonies with fumigant and smoking pesticide materials limonene composition, respectively. The application of these strategies enables beekeepers to keep the V. destructor and T. clareae infestation below the damage threshold with reasonable additional labor and, at the same time, it assures high quality bee products.
