This study was intended to investigate the effects of combined training on health-related fitness in college students. For this purpose, the healthy young male volunteers having no regular exercise training completed eight-weeks' combined training (jogging + weight training). The results were described as follows;
In conclusion, it might be thought that combined exercise training composed of jogging and weight training improved the levels of body composition and health-related fitness in male college subjects.
