For the purpose of this study is to define the best way of developing strategy to the rapid environmental changes of the air service market. The 314 self-administered questionnaire survey were corrected and relevant statistical test were done.
This research used multi-variate analysis among airline company choice attributes, airline company satisfaction. and airline company success factors to investigate the difference in air passengers' importance of and satisfaction with services according to their demographic characteristics. As a result, the following findings were obtained :
First, It was found that convenient boarding process was the most important attribute. Thus, airline industry needs to develop technical terminal, skills and information in order to obtain convenient boarding process. Second, High educational background personnels have higher ranking on airline choice attributes, the necessity to reinforce the developmental marketing profiles and obtain customer's needs regularly. Third, flight service, aircraft and cost of airfare attributes are more important determinant attributes for airline company satisfaction. In order to improve airline satisfaction, flight service like a customer assurance service program, in-flight environment(comfort and cleanness) and right air fare needs to set.
