This study intended to seek for the strategic implications on the Korean hotel organizations so that the organization may secure competitive advantages. By identifying the relationship of leadership, which is suitable for hotel organizations whose goals are the best leadership and particularly for employees who realize the services at the contacts with the customers. To get the objective of study, this study confirmed the validity of measuring parameters of leadership, leadership effectiveness and organizational citizenship behavior through preceding research and confirmatory factor analysis, and examined the measurement of structural equation model and the hypothesis. Based on the above study, following implications can be obtained in this study. First of all, transformational leadership and servant leadership have not effects on Leadership effectiveness Second, Transactional leadership and service leadership have effects on leadership effectiveness Third, leadership effectiveness has effects on the members' organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB) as an antecedent, which offers the implications for setting and sharing the service objective level, education, training, compensation etc.
