The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the participation motive on exercise immersion and satisfaction, and then the effect of the exercise immersion and satisfaction on intention of exercise duration of ski club members. For this study, 300 of skiers were collected as a sample by purposive sampling method. Finally, 267 sheets of questionnaire were used. SPSS Win ver.15 was used for reliability, validity, correlation, and multi-regression. The result of this study was as follows. First, the higher the pleasure and friendship motivation were, the deeper the cognitive immersion was, and the higher the learning and pleasure motivation were, the deeper the exercise immersion was, but the higher the health was, the more the exercise immersion decreased. Second, the higher the learning and health motivation were, the more the physical satisfaction was, the higher the pleasure motivation was, the more the mental satisfaction increased, and the higher the pleasure and learning motivation were, the more the social satisfaction increased. But the higher the health motivation was, the more the social satisfaction decreased. Third, the deeper the cognitive immersion was, the more the intention of exercise duration increased. Fourth, the more the emotional satisfaction increased, the more the exercise duration increased.
