The purpose of this study was to examine the motivation and satisfaction of university student volunteers in sports event for the disabled. The participants were 203 volunteers. Collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA through SPSS 12.0. Statistical significance level was set α=.05. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in motivation factors for participation -self·developemental(p<.001), purposive, external(p<.05) motivation- as a sex. And there were significant differences in all satisfaction factors as a sex. Second, there were significant differences in motivation factors for participation -purposive, external(p<.001), leisure(p<.01) motivation- as a frequency of participation experience. And there were significant differences in all satisfaction factors as a frequency of participation experience. Third, there were significant differences in all motivation and all satisfaction factors as work contents.
