The purpose of this study was to define the relationship and the effect of motivation of spectator and the image and attitude of the hosting city to the spectator satisfaction for a Korean wrestling tournament. For the study, spectators of Chungcheongbukdo Boeun Korean Wrestling Tournament of 2011 and Ulsan City Danoh Korean Wrestling Tournament have been recruited and the total of 357 subjects were chosen to be studied using SPSS 17.0 statistical program to perform frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, Independent Samples t-test, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis to produce following results: For the subjects under 31-50 who showed high willingness to continue to watch were driven by technical motivation and the subjects with specialized profession continued to watch due to sexual motivation. For the subjects working in a regular company, degree of satisfaction was higher with higher willingness to continue to watch yielding higher customer satisfaction. For the older workers with more than 2 million won income and willingness to continue to watch had high regard for the city's image and attitude. There is a positive inter-causal relationship between the motivation, satisfaction, city's image and attitude. Among the motivation to watch, event motivation, achievement by proxy, and charming motivation have positive effect on spectator satisfaction in terms of acquisition of technique. Among the motivation to watch, event motivation, achievement by proxy, and team motivation have positive effect on spectator satisfaction. Lastly, the attitude towards the city showed positive effect on spectator satisfaction in acquisition of technique and the image and attitude of hosting city had positive effect on spectator satisfaction.
