The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of leadership style of volleyball leader perceived by volleyball players in the middle and high school on the burnout and social deviant behavior of volleyball players. To achieve the aforementioned purpose, a total of 365 players among volleyball players at middle and high school in the whole country were selected for the sampling. The analysis was performed using the SPSS 17.0 program. The statistical techniques used for the data analysis were correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The following results have been drawn through the analysis in this study: First, players who highly perceive charismatic control style are shown to highly perceive personal achievement, players who highly perceive contingent reward are shown to low perceive emotional exhaustion. Second, players who highly perceive intelligent stimulus are low the level of antisocial behavior, players who highly perceive intelligent stimulus and charismatic control style are low the level of unsocial behavior. Third, players who highly perceive emotional exhaustion are high the level of unsocial behavior. Forth, in the relationship between readership and social deviant behavior, burnout was not observed mediated effect.
