The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived life sports leaders' role on leisure satisfaction and leisure attitude for aged persons participating in life sports. The subjects of this study consisted of 530 who aged persons participating in life sports. The used instruments were Kang & Kim(2010) for measuring life sports leaders' role scales, Lee(1992) for measuring leisure satisfaction scales, and Kim(2010) for measuring leisure attitude scales. The data was analyzed by correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis as a statical method. The result of this study was as follows.
First, among the subscales of aged persons sports leaders' role, encourage participation in sports continuance positively influenced all-subscales of leisure satisfaction. And member management positively influenced psychological satisfaction, academically satisfaction, social satisfaction, physical satisfaction. And classwork preparation/instruction positively influenced atmospherically satisfaction.
Second, among the subscales of aged persons sports leaders' role, encourage participation in sports continuance positively influenced cognitive component, affective component, and behavioral component. And member management positively influenced behavioral component.
