The purpose of this study was to empirically explore the effects of traditional wedding hall’s physical environment on customer satisfaction and their behavioral intention.
For this purpose, the subjects of 258 credible questionnaires were collected for an empirical analysis using SPSS.
We identified that physical environments of traditional wedding halls such as indoor environment & facilities and human services have positive(+) effects on the customer satisfaction. On the other hand, outdoor environment & facilities don't have any influence on the customer satisfaction.
In addition, physical environments such as outdoor environment & facilities and indoor environment & facilities have positive(+) effects on the behavioral intention. On the other hand, human services don't have any influence on the behavioral intention.
