This study aims to analyse the organizational competences of social enterpreises in Korea and to recommend the policy implications in the future. This study defines the organizational competence as “an organizational traits and competences to need for a social enterprise’s sustainable development”. And it is composed of adimistrative competence, fiscal competence, social entrepreneurship, organizational culture, and governance competence. The results of this study are as follow. More important organizational competences of social enterprise are administrative competence and soical entrepreneurship. This study recommendeates such as: First, Korean government has to focuse on more qualitative approach than quantitative approach in soical enterprise policy. Second, Korean government invests to development an internal competences of social enterprises such as diagnosis of organization and management and assistance of education and training. Third, Korean government focuses on non-fiscal assistnces like social entreneurship.
