In order to improve social performance, this study aims to find out about job satisfaction and job satisfaction of workers and to study whether management strategies are important to increase job satisfaction and job sustainability. A self-entry survey was conducted on 305 beauty entrepreneurs working in the Chungcheong region, and the analysis method was the SPSS 18.0 statistical package, and AMOS 18.0 was used for structural equation analysis for hypothesis verification. As a result of conducting a correlation analysis, in the case of services, the correlation between the business continuity intention and the product was high as a positive (+) relationship. In the case of products, it was found that there was a high correlation with the business continuity intention. In the case of social performance, which is a dependent variable, it was found that all of services, products, marketing, and job satisfaction had a positive correlation. As a result of the structural equation, in the case of marketing, it was found that it had a negative effect on job satisfaction and was statistically significant. In relation to the business continuity intention, the service had a positive (+) effect and was statistically significant, and in the case of products, it was also found to have a statistically significant positive effect. The intention to continue the project had a positive effect on job satisfaction and was also found to be statistically significant. In the case of job satisfaction, it was found to have a positive (+) effect on social performance and be statistically significant. Based on these empirical analysis results, we intend to present academic and practical implications that are beneficial to self-employed entrepreneurs and the government.
