이 연구의 목적은 장애아동 발달재활서비스 제공인력의 장애인식, 재활치료경험 및 전문성 수준을 살펴보고, 장애인식과 재활치료경험이 전문성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 발달재활서비스 제공인력 314명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 보면, 첫째, 장애인식과 재활치료경험 수준은 전반적으로 높았다. 상대적으로 치료만족 요인의 평균이 낮았다. 배경 변인에 따른 차이를 분석한 결과, 성별, 근무 기관 및 서비스 유형에는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 학력 및 근무 경험에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 발달재활서비스 제공인력의 전문성 분석 결과 역시 평균 4점 이상의 높은 수준을 보였다. 치료기술이 다른 요인보다 높았다. 셋째, 전문성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 장애인권, 교육권, 특수성 등 장애인식과 치료과정과 치료만족 등 재활치료 경험이 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 월소득이 높을수록 전문성을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the level of disability awareness, rehabilitation treatment experience, and expertise of personnel providing developmental rehabilitation services for children with disabilities, and to examine how disability awareness and rehabilitation treatment experience affect expertise. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 314 personnel providing development and rehabilitation services. Looking at the main research results, first, the level of disability awareness and rehabilitation treatment experience was overall high. The average of treatment satisfaction factors was relatively low. As a result of analyzing differences according to background variables, there were no significant differences in gender, work organization, and service type, but differences were found depending on education level and work experience. Second, the results of the analysis of the expertise of personnel providing developmental rehabilitation services also showed a high level of over 4 points on average. Treatment technology was higher than other factors. Third, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting expertise, it was found that awareness of disabilities, such as disability rights, education rights, and special characteristics, and rehabilitation treatment experience, such as treatment process and satisfaction with treatment, had a positive and significant impact. Additionally, the higher the monthly income, the higher the perception of expertise.
