In this study, the relationship with psychological happiness was investigated as a factor in the continuation of sports for all participants. To accomplish the goal, sports for all participants in the Seoul metropolitan area were set as subjects for the study. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0. The results are as follows.
First, as a result of confirming the relationship between psychological happiness and exercise continuity, it was confirmed that all sub-factors of psychological happiness affect the tendency during exercise continuity. It is necessary to identify factors that can increase the psychological happiness of participants in sports for all and continue to make efforts to increase their happiness through this. Second, among the sub-factors of psychological happiness, self-realization, competence, and immersion have been confirmed to have an effect on strengthening exercise continuity, verifying the effective role of daily sports in enhancing happiness and strengthening continuous participation in daily sports. Third, all sub-factors of psychological happiness have been confirmed to be related to exercise sustainability, so efforts are needed to provide an environment where participants can be satisfied as the psychological happiness of life sports participants is directly related to exercise sustainability.
