Current healthcare data includes only data generated within hospitals or data generated by patients in their daily lives, and full-cycle rehabilitation services from the hospital to the community are not provided. Therefore, it is not possible to know how the patient's functional status has changed and which level or stage the patient's functional state is currently at. In this paper, we discuss a rehabilitation process management system that provides the level and stage of each patient's movement rehabilitation functional state by utilizing data from the rehabilitation exercise big data platform that shares and manages rehabilitation patients' full cycle rehabilitation data by linking hospitals and communities. The rehabilitation process management system provides a rehabilitation process specification authoring tool so that different rehabilitation process specifications can be configured in a variable manner for each institution and disease. In addition, by providing statistical data for each level and stage of the rehabilitation process using the collected rehabilitation data, it supports retrospective identification of whether the level and stage of the originally set rehabilitation process specification is appropriate. The rehabilitation data of 56 patients with low back pain collected through clinical trials were applied to the rehabilitation process management system.
