This paper examined the religious practice of Maxiangbo, a Chinese Catholic who tried to heal the pathological phenomena caused by the anti-Christian sentiment of the Chinese people since the 19th and 20th centuries. Even today, in order for us to think about the problem of healing, it is necessary to raise the fundamental problem of society that supports individuals, not individuals. It is true that there are so many problems that cannot be cured without reflection and critical understanding of the community we live in. Through Maxiangbo's religious practice, who lived a practical life to resolve the structural contradictions of Christianity in Chinese society in the early 20th century, this study sought to examine how he should seek coexistence with the heterogeneity of Christianity and anti-Christian sentiment.
