This study analysed the relationship between tourism motivation, satisfaction and behaviour of visitors to Sokcho City. The contribution COVID-19 on visitors who visit Sokcho City on satisfaction and intention to revisit. Sokcho City is a clean area and not only possesses various tourism resources such as mountain, sea, spa experience but also secures various tourism resources, that are pursued by humans. Among the performed questionnaires administered, 238 copies were obtained and used for empirical analysis, 12 copies of inconsistent answers were excluded from the research. For the empirical analysis, we performed the by using SPSS 21.0 version to understand the empirical analysis of the respondents. The validity analysis of measurement tools and multiple regression analysis and hypotheses were verified by reliability and analysis of hypothesis 1st showed that the tourism motivations, has a significant positive (+) effect on the satisfaction level, and the analysis result of hypothesis 2nd illustrated the tourism motivations level brought considerable significant positive (+) effect on the intention of behavioural intention, also the analysis result of hypothesis 3rd illustrated the tourism the satisfaction level brought significant positive (+) effect on the intention of behavioural intention. The tourism and follow-up research of this provided an opportunity to promote the convergence of the academic implications, as well as helped to diversify the selection attributes of tourism and follow-up research. The practical implications presented the tourism-related tourist with the ability to adapt and respond to the ever-changing environment. In addition, it also contributed to the tourism motivations, satisfaction and behaviour of Sokcho for the tourism and the revitalisation of the local economy.
