The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of bakery managers' Authentic leadership on employee creativity, innovation behavior, management performance, and the mediating effect of employee creativity and innovation behavior. To achieve this purpose, a total of 279 copies of the sample were used for the final analysis of bakery workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gwangju. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 Version and AMOS 21.0. as a result of the study. Leader self-awareness and balanced information processing of genuine leadership were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on employee creativity. In addition, it was confirmed that employee creativity had a positive (+) significant effect on innovation behavior and management performance, and innovation behavior had a positive (+) significant effect on management performance. As a result of verifying the mediating effect, it was confirmed that employee creativity has a mediating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership (leader self-awareness, balanced information processing), innovation behavior, and management performance. As a result of the above research, bakery employees have more physical labor than other fields, so bosses should promote employee creativity and innovation behavior by demonstrating leaders' true leadership of self-awareness and balanced information processing in order to improve management performance in the long run.
