A great number of media materials can get it in daily lives, changes visually on society of people and sometimes even affect the economy of a nation. The youth than the information which is transmitted in a traditional way-in letters. Sensitive, and the image to decrease actively various acts and characteristics that former young people look are compared in the media.

Therefore, the media is belonging to it to parts of currently our daily life, and it is fact to be obvious that I was affecting it to formation of a sensitivity and the self from individuals.

In the modern art, the term expression is defined as something to be communicated within the daily lives and cultural coherence. The development of new means of media such as computer and its diffusion around the globe turned the individual expressions to things that are to be used in daily lives. It also encourages the individuals to use visual images as a method of communication. Under such circumstances, the education of art is discussed under the large category of cultural education.

When seen through such perspective, the education of art cannot be considered separately from the mass media. By providing the education on art, the students should be taught of how to decipher the visual images of mass media and understand the mutual connection between the mass media art. Not only that, the students should be taught of the skills which will enable them to consciously choose and reform the images accordingly to their intentions.

Visual culture art education is difficult to be studied with tactual sense, due to the artificiality of its materials. Since the model production in clay animation provides the tactual experience, the chance to develop ability to criticize the visual images of mass media, and the development of the ability to creatively and actively mold clay models, it is essential for the students to take clay animation lessons.

This treatise concentrates on the development of clay animation curriculum for high school students. Hence, it is based on the current curriculum, the purpose of this treatise are stated in the following:

Firstly, to discover the educational significance of visual culture art, which form the environment for the learners, and to justify the necessity of visual culture art education based on such fact.

Secondly, to set up a new recognition system for the current art curriculums in schools based on the proper understanding of visual culture art education.

Thirdly, to contribute to a new curriculum by developing a program for studies of clay animation based on the current art curriculum.

Therefore, this research, which intended to develop a model of clay animation curriculum appropriate high school art curriculums, was to seek for a practical method for a more constructive guidance for cultural visual art in schools based on the proper understanding of visual culture art.
