Korea military has faced to National Defence Transformation problem about counting north Korea threat and building(or confirming) the Jointness in Korea Military. But in National Defence Transformation problem, Jointness is just shown as the issue, there are a lot of problems inside the Military Transformation. Also there are some other opinions and different arguments about the Military Command structure in the Military Transformation. So Td like to start this study for finding what the Jointness is, what the main problem in Korea Military Transformation is.

The range of this study is to research so many different definitions and opinions about the Jointness, and to find the real intention of Jointness in many doctrines, regulations and books. And I want to recommend some kind of directions in developing the military Jointness.

So, first. I had checked the development history of US military Jointness system like the Goldwater-Nichols Act, and real instance like Gulf/Iraqi War.

And then, I had researched the Korea's Jointness advent and situation, tried to find what the problems are and what the causes are.

I tried to find the reason, The Korea military adapted same systems from US military, but why the development situation is different.

In the last, I'd like to put some ideas like Command Unity, Joint Chief Command's decision making system changes, staff structures and developing the Joint doctrine etc.
