This paper gets the idea that there have been establishments of individual roles in the each organizations, which have been accumulated progressing of specialization and transition related to severe competitions through over 140 years in the Broadway district. This paper examines "Broadway district" is considered a vital cultural cluster in securing additional core citywide initiative of creative strategy and also in enhancing renewed appreciation for the economic impact and role of cultural sector. Under the worldwide brand, it launched Broadway as a premier destination for all of New York's citizens and tourists. In this way, Broadway based on direct powerful linkage of the performing arts and tourism, has become an important industry for New York City government, attracting quite a number of tourists who spend money, in which earned strong competition in the global market. Broadway's economy includes leading-edge cluster such as live performing arts industry and arts-related business. A key element behind the economic development and success of Broadway district is the cluster of related business and professional human workforce. It hosts large-scale musicals and has gained international attention as the place of origin of trend-leading performing arts. I believe that New York City government should accelerate policies to ensure that those relationship and policies support for overall local development. Such increase in economic impact would bring the arts and jobs to so many people. Participation in the arts experiences, the involvement in the arts has been shown to improve not only social behavior but keep economy strong in New York City. High-valued arts and culture assets can spur economic growth and build local community prosperity.
