본 연구의 목적은 전문계 고등학교 학생의 진로준비행동을 진로준비행동의 하위문항의 응답패턴을 고려하여 잠재프로파일을 나누고, 각 집단과 고등학교 재학 당시 받은 진로지도 및 개인변인과의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 고졸자취업진로조사(HSGOMS) 자료를 사용하여 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과 취업을 바라는 전문계 고등학교 졸업자는 응답패턴에 따라 ‘소극적 정보탐색 집단’과 ‘적극적 정보탐색 집단’으로 분류할 수 있었다. 선배나 전문종사자의 강연을 듣거나 진로상담을 경험한 학생들은 적극적 정보탐색 집단에 속할 확률이 높게 나타났고, 학교에서의 직업정보제공을 받은 적이 있는 학생일수록 소극적 정보탐색 집단에 속할 확률이 높았다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년의 진로준비행동에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며 학교에서 지속적인 상담프로그램과 다양한 정보수집 활동에 적용 가능한 지침을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify latent profiles in vocational preparation behaviors of vocational highschool students and to test its relationship with vocational education and individual backgrounds on determining latent profiles. To accomplish the research purposes, latent profile analysis was conducted with the High School Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(HSGOMS) panel data. Results showed that there were two types of latent profiles in vocational preparation behaviors: 'passively-exploring group‘ and 'actively-exploring group'. It was also found that students who actively attended vocational lectures and/or experienced career counseling showed a higher tendency to belong to the actively exploring group. However, students who were given vocational information from school showed a higher probability to belong to the passively-exploring group. The findings of this study can be utilized as preliminary materials for guiding career preparation of adolescents especially for vocational highschool students.
