이 연구는 정서·행동장애 연구의 최근 경향을 규명하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 한국정서행동장애학회가 발간하는「정서·행동장애연구」에 2010년부터 게재된 논문 697편을 전반기(2010년∼2014년)와 후반기(2015∼2020년) 그리고 전기(2015년∼2017년)와 후기(2018년∼2020년)로 구분하여 키워드 네트워크 분석과 내용분석을 실시하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키워드 네트워크 분석에서 전·후반기 공통 핵심 키워드는 자폐스펙트럼장애, ADHD, 문제행동, 사회적 기술, 긍정적 행동지원 등이었다. 전반기의 정서·행동장애, 아스퍼거장애, 정서·행동 문제, 자폐스펙트럼장애와 후반기의 우울, 청소년, 대학생 등의 키워드는 시기별 연구 경향을 나타낸다. 전·후기 핵심 키워드는 자폐스펙트럼장애, ADHD, 우울, 사회적 기술, 대학생, 문제행동 등이었고 전기의 회복탄력성, 문헌연구, 청소년과 후기의 긍정적 행동지원, 발달장애, 사회불안은 연구경향의 부분적 변화를 시사한다. 둘째, 내용분석 결과를 살펴보면, 2018년 이후 게재 논문은 감소 추세이며 전체적으로 특수교육 분야 연구자들에 의해 학령기 아동들의 자폐스펙트럼장애에 대한 프로그램 관련 실험연구가 주를 이루어 왔으나 최근에는 관련 분야 연구자들에 의해 임상적으로 진단되지 않은 대학생과 성인의 우울이나 불안에 대한 이론·가설 탐색 목적의 조사연구가 활성화되는 경향이 나타나고 있다. 이는 정서·행동장애 특수교육대상자의 감소 및 위험집단에 대한 관심 증대, 학회 명칭 개칭 등에 기인한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

In order to clarify the tendency characteristics of the research on emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD), this study analyzed 697 papers published from 2010 to 2020 in the 「Journal of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, JEBD」 published by the Korean Society of Emotional & Behavioral Disorders (KSEBD). Keyword network analysis and content analysis were conducted by dividing papers into the first half (2010∼2014) and the second half (2015∼2020), and the second half was divide the former (2015∼2017) and the latter (2018∼2020) periods. The major findings of this study were follows. First, common core keywords in the keyword network analysis in the first half and the second half were autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, problem behavior, social skills, and positive behavior support (PBS). Core keywords in the first half were EBD, asperger disorders, emotional/behavioral problems, ASD, and core keywords in the second half were depression, adolescents, and college students. This shows the trends in research by period. Core keywords in the former and latter periods were ASD, ADHD, depression, social skills, college students, and problem behavior. Resilience, literature research, and PBS in the former periods and adolescents, developmental disabilities, and social anxiety in the latter periods suggest partial changes in research trends. Second, from the aspect of content analysis, the number of published papers for 「JEBD」 has been decreasing slightly since 2018. Overall, experimental studies related to programs on ASD in school-age children have been mainly conducted by researchers in the field of special education. However, recently, survey research aimed at exploring theories and hypotheses about depression or anxiety in college students and adults who have not been clinically diagnosed tend to be activated by researchers in related fields. This can be attributed to a decrease in the number of special education students with EBD, an increase in interest in risk groups, and a change in the name of the KSEBD.
