한국 여성신학 운동은 1980년 창립된 한국여신학자협의회의 활동으로 문을 열었다. 여성신학에 대한 이해와 관심이 거의 전무한 교회 현실 속에서 여신협은 여성신학 확산을 위해 노력해왔다. 이제 변화하는 시대에 알맞게 한국 여성신학 운동은 앞으로 40년을 준비해야 한다. 연구자는 한국 여성신학 운동이 교회 여성들의 역량 강화를 위해 필요한 것이 무엇인지에 대해 질문하였다. 본 연구에서는 사회학적인 틀을 빌어 구조로서의 사회로부터 벗어나 여성신학 운동의 주체들이 세워지는 사회를 기대하며 그 주체들이 모인 연대로서의 사회를 지향한다. 또 그들이 세워가는 창조로서의 사회에 요청되는 우정의 윤리에 대한 논의를 통해 여성신학 운동의 역량 강화 해법을 모색하고자 한다.

The Korean Feminist Theological Movement has been ongoing since 1980 with the activities of the Korean Association of Women theologians(KAWT). In the church reality, where there is little understanding and interest in feminist theology, KAWT has been striving to spread feminist theology. However, in these changing times, the Korean Feminist Theological Movement needs to look ahead to the next 40 years. This paper examines what the Korean Feminist Theological Movement should do to empower the capacity of church women. In this study, I look forward to a society where the subjects of the feminist theology movement are established away from Society as a sociological framework and aim for a society which is defined by solidarity, a society in which subjectivity of all people is honoured. This research seeks to empower the feminist theology movement through discussions on the ethics of friendship, suggesting that the society they seek can be created with their efforts.
