[목적] 본 연구는 필드하키 선수들의 간헐적 운동 후 급성 타트체리 쥬스 섭취가 회복에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있었다.
[방법] 총 16명의 대학교 여자 필드하키 선수를 대상으로 총 3일 간 연구를 실시하였으며, 그룹은 두 그룹으로 나누어 위약 그룹(PLA) 8명, 타트체리 쥬스 그룹(TCJ) 8명으로 총 48시간 동안 각각의 보충제를 총 5회 섭취하도록 하였다. 연구 1일 차에는 안정 시 정맥혈액을 채취한 후, 20m sprint, 5-0-5 agility, Countermovement jump(CMJ)를 실시하였으며 Yo-Yo Intermittent recovery test 1을 통해 모든 선수들의 근육 손상을 유발한 후 또 다시 정맥혈액을 채취를 하였다. 1일 차의 모든 테스트가 진행 된 후 각각의 보충제(PLA, TCJ)를 섭취하기 시작하였으며, 24시간 후에는 정맥혈액 채취 실시, 48시간 후에는 정맥혈액 채취 및 체력요소 변인들을 측정하여 타트체리 쥬스의 효과를 검증하였다.
[결과] 첫째, TCJ 그룹에서 체력 변인 항목 중 5-0-5 agility에 있어 시간에 따라 유의한 효과가 나타났으며(p <.001), Countermovement jump(CMJ)에서는 그룹과 시간에 따른 유의한 효과가 있었다(p <.001). 둘째, 정맥혈액 채혈을 통해 근육 손상 및 염증 관련 변인 항목 중 Interlukin-6(IL-6)에서 그룹과 시간에 따른 유의한 효과를(p <.05)보였으며, LDH(p <.001), CK(p <.01)에서는 시간에 따라 염증이 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다.
[결론] 본 연구의 결과는 필드하키 선수들의 간헐적 운동 후 급성 타트체리 쥬스 섭취가 근육 손상 및 염증 관련 변인들이 감소된 경향을 나타내 회복을 용이하게 해줄 수 있다는 것을 시사하며, 특히 국내·외 쉴 틈 없는 경기 일정에서 빠른 회복을 도와 경기력을 유지할 수 있도록 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.번호 | 참고문헌 | 국회도서관 소장유무 |
