연구 목적: 이 연구는 HIV/AIDS 감염인 사회적기업 활동가들의 사회적기업 운영 경험을 탐색하고자 하였다.

연구 방법: HIV/AIDS 감염인 사회적기업을 운영하는 4인의 사회적기업 활동가를 심층 면접한 자료를 내용분석 방법으로 분석하였다.

연구 내용: 연구참여자들의 경험은 ‘관계의 확장과 회복’, ‘신뢰를 쌓아감’, ‘일상생활을 공유하는 공간’, ‘미션을 공유하며 되새김’ 등의 19개 개념, ‘감염인들의 삶에 대한 깊은 공감’ 등 5개 하위범주, ‘사람을 성장시키고 돌보는 일’의 상위범주로 도출되었다.

결론 및 제언: 분석 결과를 바탕으로 HIV/AIDS 감염인 사회적기업에서 미션의 중요성, 감염인 자립을 위한 사회적기업의 중요성, 감염인 사회적기업에서의 종합적 지원의 필요성, 사회적기업가를 위한 교육과 지원을 제언하였다.

This study attempted to explore the experience of social entrepreneurs working in social enterprise with PLWHA (people living with HIV/AIDS). Data from in-depth interviews with four social entrepreneurs who run social enterprises for PLWHA were analyzed by content analysis method. As a result of the analysis, the social enterprise work experience of social entrepreneurs was derived from 19 meaning units such as ‘expansion and recovery of relationships’, ‘building trust’, ‘place to share daily life’, ‘sharing missions and reflecting on them’. Five subcategories, including ‘deep empathy for the lives of PLWHA’ and the main category of ‘growing and caring for people’ were derived. Based on the analysis results, the importance of missions in social enterprises, the importance of social enterprises for the independence of PLWHA, the need for comprehensive support in social enterprises, and education and support for social entrepreneurs were suggested.
