연구목적: 본 연구에서는 2019 개정 누리과정을 경험한 장애유아교사를 대상으로 한 질적 연구의 메타분석을 통해 Foucault의 윤리적 주체화의 과정이 어떻게 나타나는지 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 교사의 윤리적 주체화 방법에 대한 시사점과 이후 누리과정의 개정 방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 개정 누리과정을 경험한 장애유아교사를 대상으로 한 질적연구 10편을 선정하여, Noblit와 Hare(1988)가 제안한 단계와 나장함(2008)과 이정숙(2017)의 연구를 참고해 질적 메타분석을 실시하여, 장애유아교사의 경험을 종합하고 개념화, 범주화하였다. 연구결과: 장애유아교사들의 윤리적 주체화의 과정은 ‘얽힌 권력관계 구성’과 ‘파르헤지아적 발화’, ‘자기 배려의 실천’이라는 3가지로 범주화되었다. ‘얽힌 권력관계 구성’은 ‘비판적 사유하기’와 ‘권력관계 맺기’, ‘파르헤지아적 발화’는 ‘솔직하게 말하기’와 ‘용기 있게 말하기’, ‘자기 배려의 실천’은 ‘자기 인식하기’와 ‘자기 연마하기’로 세분화되었다. 논의 및 결론: 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 파르헤지아의 실천을 보장하는 제도적 장치 마련과 교사공동체의 활성화를 제안하였다.
