최근 사이버폭력 실태조사에 따르면 사이버비행이 학교급별로 상당한 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 범죄학이론 요인(부모애착, 자기통제력, 스트레스, 학대, 우울, 분노, 또래애착) 뿐만 아니라 사이버환경특성을 반영한 요인(인터넷 중독, 모바일기기 사용시간, 부정적 사이버자아)이 사이버비행에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 청소년 학교급별로 사이버비행 영향요인이 차이가 있는지 검증하는 것이다. 중고등학교 청소년 298명을 대상으로 실시한 온라인 설문조사 자료를 활용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 인터넷 중독만이 사이버비행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학교급별 사이버비행 영향요인의 차이를 검증하기 위해 전체 집단을 중학교 졸업미만 집단과 중학교 졸업이상 집단으로 나누어서 각각 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 중학교 졸업미만 집단에서는 부정적 사이버자아가 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 중학교 졸업이상에서는 인터넷 중독이 유의한 영향요인이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 사이버비행을 예방하기 위한 정책적인 제언을 제시하였다.

Non-contact daily life that emerged due to COVID-19 intensified adolescents’ overdependence on the internet, resulting in a significant increase in cyber delinquency. According to recent survey on cyber delinquency, despite the significant differences in the offense rate of cyber delinquency by school level, empirical research on this issue is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of criminological factors and cyber environmental factors on cyber delinquency, and to examine the differences in the correlates of cyber delinquency across school level. According to the results of logistic regression analysis with the data of 298 middle and high school students, only internet addiction had a significant effect on cyber delinquency. In case of the middle school students, negative digital-self had significant influence on cyber delinquency, while internet addiction affected cyber delinquency for high school students. Based on the results, policy implications have been discussed.
