이 연구는 선수폭력의 개념구조 탐색하고 선수폭력 측정 도구를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 선수폭력에 대한 문헌 고찰을 토대로 3명의 전문가와 내용타당도 검증을 시행하고, 20명의 선수에게 예비조사를 시행하여 본조사 도구를 선정하였다. 국내 프로팀 소속 선수 330명을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하고 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 선수폭력 측정을 위한 최종 도구는 내용 및 구성타당도, 신뢰도 검증을 통해 총 4개 요인(관계적, 언어적, 성적, 물리적) 16문항으로 구성되었다. 오랜 시간 선수들을 괴롭히던 폭력에 대한 개념구조 확립과 측정 도구의 마련은 선수폭력을 경험적으로 측정할 수 있는 타당도와 신뢰도를 갖춘 척도를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이에 맞는 대처방안 마련에 기초정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the conceptual structure of player violence and developing a tool for measuring player violence. Based on a literature review on player violence, content validity verification was conducted with three experts, and a preliminary survey was conducted on 20 players to select the main survey tool. This survey was conducted on 330 players from domestic professional teams and verified for validity and reliability. The final tool for measuring player violence consisted of 16 questions 4 factors(relational, verbal, sexual, and physical). Establishing a conceptual structure and preparing measurement tools for violence that has plagued players for a long time is significant in that it presents a measure with validity and reliability to measure player violence empirically, and it is expected to provide basic information in preparing countermeasures accordingly.
