목적 본 연구는 사이버대학 학습경험 연구를 위한 기초연구로써 사이버대학교 학습자 관련 선행연구를 키워드 네트워크 방법으로 분석하여 학습경험을 이루는 주요 요소와 관계를 구조적으로 알아보고자 한다. 방법 국내 학술지에 등재된 ‘사이버대학’, ‘원격대학’, ‘학습(자)’ 관련 논문 75개의 주제어를 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석하였으며, 키워드 네트워크 분석은 가중 연결성, 위세 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성을 중심으로 보았으며 주요 키워드인 사이버대학, 사이버대학학습자, 온라인교육에 관해서는 에고 네트워크 분석하였다. 결과 사이버대학+학습자 관련 연구의 전체 네트워크 구조를 살펴본 결과 가중 연결성 부분에서는 학습성과, 실재감, 자기주도성, 만족도, 학업지속 키워드가 주요 키워드로 분석되었다. 가중 연결성, 위세 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성의 상위 3개 키워드인 사이버대학, 사이버대학습자, 온라인교육을 대상으로 에고 네트워크 분석 결과 사이버대학 에고 네트워크는 학습성과, 학업지속, 실재감 등의 순으로 분석되었다. 결론 사이버대학이 20살을 맞이하면서 성숙기로 돌입하고 있다. 그동안 사이버대학 학습자의 양상도 다변화한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 다양한 사이버대학 학습자의 다양성과 그에 대한 맥락을 이해하여 그들이 겪고 있는 학습 곤란함을 처방해 줄 수 있어야 할 것이다. 그리고 사이버대학 연구에 있어서 온라인교육의 특성과 변화하는 디지털 환경도 염두에 두어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
