목적: 본 연구는 피부미용 전공 대학생의 진로 성숙도 영향 요인 및 진로결정 요인을 살펴 봄으로써 개선 방안을 모색하고, 학과만족도를 매개 변인으로 한 진로성숙도가 진로결정에 미치는 영향 분석을 통해 국내 피부미용 관련 학과의 발전 방안을 제공하고자 함에 있다. 방법: 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 참고문헌 고찰과 설문지를 개발하였다. 2021년 9월 동안 전국의 전문대학 피부미용 관련학과에 재학중인 학생들을 대상으로 총 450부의 설문지를 배포하여 회수된 406부가 분석에 사용되었다. 크론바흐 알파 값은 0.774에서 0.801이었다. 진로성숙도 요인에서 일관련 요인 9문항, 개인관련 요인 6문항을 선정하였고, 학과 만족도 요인으로 8문항을 선정하였다. 진로 결정 요인으로 6문항을 선정하였다. 결과: 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피부미용 전공 학생의 진로성숙도의 일관련 요인에서 직업에 대한 태도, 직무인지, 직업전망, 진로탐색, 정보 탐색 순으로 높게 인지 하고 있었다. 둘째, 학과만족도의 경우 교과만족, 교우관계만족, 교수만족, 시설만족, 행정지원만족의 순으로 높게 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 진로 결정의 경우 미래계획, 목표선택, 문제해결 순으로 높게 인식하고 있었다. 결론: 교과만족, 교우관계 만족을 통한 학과만족도 향상을 위한 노력이 요구된다. 전공 교과목 개발, 지도교수 면담, 산업체와의 긴밀감을 통한 진로 성숙도 및 진로 결정에 도움을 주어야 한다.

目的: 通过考察皮肤护理专业大学生的职业成熟度影响因素和职业决策因素来寻求改进措施,并以学科满意度为中介变量分析职业成熟度对职业决策的影响，为韩国护理相关部门的提供发展计划。方法: 为了进行这项研究，我们回顾了参考文献并制定了一份调查问卷。2021年9月，共向全国专科院校皮肤护理相关专业学生发放问卷450份，回收问卷406份进行分析。Cronbach alpha值范围为0.774至0.801。从职业成熟度因素中，工作相关因素选取了9个问题，个人相关因素选取了6个问题，部门满意度因素选取了8个问题。选择六个问题作为职业决策因素。结果: 首先，皮肤护理专业学生对职业成熟度的工作相关因素认可度较高，依次为：工作态度、工作认可、工作前景、职业探索、信息搜索。其次，就学科满意度而言，被认为较高的顺序是学科满意度、对同事关系的满意度、对教授的满意度、对设施的满意度以及对行政支持的满意度。第三，在职业决策方面，未来规划、目标选择和解决问题的顺序受到高度重视。结论: 需要努力通过教科满意度和同事关系满意度来提高学科满意度。它应该通过专业课程的开发、教授的面谈以及与行业的密切联系来帮助职业成熟和职业决策。
