본 연구는 경상지역에서 집중적으로 나타나는 칭칭이 류를 순수한 형태의 칭칭이 류와 다른 노래의 영향을 받은 칭칭이 류로 구분하여 공간 분포 및 전파의 특성을 통해 그 기원지를 분석하였다. 낙동강 중상류 지역에서 자연 발생된 칭칭이 류는 경상지역을 중심으로 낙동강을 남하하며 전파되었다. 칭칭이 류의 발생지인 낙동강 중상류 지역에서는 시간적으로 먼저 남강 중류 지역에서 낙동강을 따라 전파된 상사 류를 대체하였으나, 상사 류의 발생지에서는 완전히 상사 류를 대체하지 못하고 그 영향력을 확대해 가는 과정에 있었던 것으로 판단된다. 칭칭이 류가 자연 발생하여 경상지역에서 그 영향력을 확대해 가는 과정 중에 방아 류가 경기지역에서 이 지역으로 유입되었다. 그러나 유입된 방아 류는 칭칭이 류에 큰 영향을 미치지 못했으며 황강 일대에서 전파가 멈추었다.

This study analyzed the origin of the ChingChing-i type through its spatial distribution and propagation characteristics.The ChingChing-i type is classified into the pure ChingChing-i type and the ChingChing-i type that is influenced by other songs. The ChingChing-i type, which occurred naturally in the middle-upper of the Nakdong River, diffusion south down the Nakdong River in the Gyeongsang region. In the middle-upper of the Nakdong River, where the ChingChing-i type originated, it replaced the Sang-sa type, which diffusion along the Nakdong River from the middle Namgang area. However, in the place where Sang-sa type originated, it is judged that it was in the process of expanding its influence without completely replacing Sang-sa type. ChingChing-i type was created naturally and its influence expanded in the Gyeongsang region. And during that process, Bang-a type were introduced into this area from the Gyeonggi region. However, the introduced Bang-a type did not have a significant impact on the ChingChing-i type and its diffusion stopped in the Hwang River area.
