연구 주제: 본 연구는 장애인의 외래진료 서비스 이용 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 배경: 증가하는 장애인 의료적 욕구에 부응하고, 장애인의 외래진료 서비스 이용을 설명하기 위해 Gelberg-Andersen의 취약계층 행동모형의 타당성을 확인을 위한 전환점이 되는 연구이다. 선행연구와의 차이점: 포괄적 의료서비스 이용 대신 외래진료 중심의 서비스 이용을 분석하였고, 연구모형과 분석모형이 선행연구와 차별성이 있다. 연구방법: 연구모형으로 Gelberg-Andersen의 취약계층 행동모형을 사용하였고, 분석모형으로 패널포아송모형과 패널음이항모형을 사용하였다. 연구결과: 나이, 경제적 어려움 정도, 의료서비스 접근성, 건강상태, 만성질환, 처방약 복용, 보건의료비 지출이 외래의료서비스 이용률과 관계가 있었다. 공헌점 및 기대효과: Gelberg-Andersen의 취약계층 행동모형은 장애의 사회적 모형보다 접근성 요인과 사회복지의 PIE모형에 더 적합하다.
