With the lifting of mandatory COVID-19 PCR measures implemented in 2023, market competition is intensifying. Foreign sales have more than doubled since 2019.. In particular, Asian women are spending more on beauty such as hair, nails, skin care, and plastic surgery than in 2019, before COVID-19. . In line with the Korean Wave, beauty tourism to Korea is also increasing. However, it is the service quality of workers that has decreased slightly in the beauty tourism industry, which has been growing rapidly overall. In this industry, securing workers with expertise is also attracting attention due to the value of beauty tourism services which depend on the aesthetics education level of workers. This study aims to verify the actual utilization of workers from online beauty education programs, noting that distance learning has become more popular than in-person courses in the face of the COVID-19 era. In addition, it is hypothesized that online beauty education programs will improve workers' professionalism and educational service quality will have a positive effect on job utilization.
