이 연구는 선수들의 심리기술훈련을 목적으로 한 챗봇에 반영될 구성요소를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 실제 시스템 설계에 필요한 기초자료를 확보하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 관련 분야 전문가 13명으로 델파이 패널을 구성하고 총 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구를 분석하여 초안을 작성하고, 전문가 회의를 통해 문항을 구성하였다. 각 차수별로 패널이 제안한 요소들을 문항화하여 추가하고, 최종 합의를 도출하는 형식으로 진행하였다. 전문가 패널의 피드백과 각 항목의 평균, 표준편차, 내용타당도 비율(CVR)에 따라 요인이 선정되고 일부 요인이 삭제, 수정되어 최종 3개 요인 22개 하위 요인으로 도출되었다. 이 연구 결과를 기반으로 심리기술훈련 챗봇의 실제 시스템에 필요한 핵심 요소와 기초자료를 확보하였으며, 스포츠 현장에의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the components to be reflected in the chatbot for the purpose of psychological and technical training of players and to secure basic data. To this end, a Delphi panel was formed with 13 experts in related fields, and a total of three Delphi surveys were conducted. A draft was prepared by analyzing previous studies, and questions were organized through expert meetings. The elements proposed by the panel for each order were questioned and added, and a final agreement was reached. Factors were selected according to the feedback of the expert panel and the mean, standard deviation, and content validity ratio(CVR) of each item, and some factors were deleted and modified to derive the final three sub-factors. Based on the results of this study, core elements and basic data necessary for the actual system of the psychological and technical training chatbot were secured, and the applicability to the sports site was confirmed.
