We selected six kinds of fungicide by using thirteen strains in vitro, to select the optimum fungicide for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control. We used six fungicides selected in vitro and propineb WP that is control plot for control test against a Lycium Chinense Anthracnose in six C ultivars.
The results are summarized as follow;
1. The pathogenicity testing result which uses the fruit of six C ultivars (Cheongyang-jare, Myeong-an, Bul-ro, Chong-dae, Jang-Myeong, and Cheong-un), Pathogenicity showed severe symptoms in Cheongyang-jare, Myeong-an, Bul-ro, Jang-Myeong, and Cheong-un that were wounded, mature and immature. However, Pathogenicity showed low symptoms in Chong-dae.
2. AS a result of it, fungicides of Dithi WG, Tebuconazole SC, Tebuconazole WG, Trifloxystrobin+Tebuconazole SC, Azoxystrobin SC and Polyoxin D zinc salt +carbendazim WP have an effect to inhibit Colletotrichum spp. growth in vitro.
3. The optimum fungicides for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control which occur in Cheongyangjare cultivar is Dithianon WG, Tebuconazole WG, Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole SC, Tebuconazole SC and Azoxystrobin SC.
4. The optimum fungicides for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control which occur in Myeong-an cultivar is Dithianon WG, Tebuconazole WG, Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole SC, Tebuconazole SC, Azoxystrobin SC and Polyoxin D zinc salt + carbendazim WP.
5. The optimum fungicides for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control which occur in Bul-ro cultivar is Dithianon WG, Tebuconazole WG, Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole SC and Tebuconazole SC.
6. The optimum fungicides for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control which occur in Chong-dae cultivar is Dithianon WG, Tebuconazole WG, Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole SC, Tebuconazole SC, Azoxystrobin SC and Polyoxin D zinc salt + carbendazim WP.
7. The optimum fungicides for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control which occur in Jang-Myeong cultivar is Dithianon WG, Tebuconazole WG and Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole SC.
8. The optimum fungicides for Lycium Chinense Anthracnose control which occur in Cheong-un cultivar is Dithianon WG, Tebuconazole WG, Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole SC, Tebuconazole SC, Azoxystrobin SC and Polyoxin D zinc salt + carbendazim WP.
9. In vivo, Six cultivars; (Cheongyang-jare, Myeong-an, Bul-ro, Chong-dae, Jang- Myeong, and Cheong-un) were showed control effect over 80% by fungicides in sequence of Dithi WG, Tebuconazole WG and Trifloxystrobin+Tebuconazole SC.
